- w/ garlic bread HOLY FUCKKKK
--- (you'll need eggplant, parm, eggs, mushrooms, pasta sauce, bread crumbs, Italian seasonings)
Spaghetti
- Need I say more? (try w/ *spinach*, dude, corn, mushrooms, peppers, whatever)
Omelette
- Eggs, peppers, tomato, onion, spices, cheese/nutritional yeast, *spinach*
---(I typically use paprika, cayenne, ginger, garlic, turmeric, basil)
---(When I need a change, I use dill and nix most of those spices)
YAM w/ Ginger Allspice
- w/ mashed cauliflower -OR-
- coconut rice & steamed veggies
