Healthy Substitutes

Ground beef - Ground turkey
Cream cheese - Ricotta cheese
Butter/margargarine - Apple sauce/prune puree
Sour cream - Plain yogurt
Oil (in baking) - Apple/prune/pumpkin sauce -OR- Mashed banana
mayonnaise - light/reduced fat/mustard/veganaise
Bacon/Sausage - turkey bacon/sausage, canadian bacon, lean ham
pork butt/shoulder - pork tenderloin
Cream based soups - broth based soups
Chicken wings/nuggtes - chicken breast strips, breaded & baked
Bagels/muffins - english muffin
