Corn Starch - 2 T for 1 egg
Arrowroot Flour - 2 T for 1 egg
Potato Starch - 2 T for 1 egg
Soy pwdr - 1 Heaping T + 2 T water for 1 egg
Flaxseed & water puree:
- 1 T flaxseed + 1 C water for 1 egg
- Blend together for 1-2 minutes until mixture is thick & has consistency of beaten white egg.
Banana - 1 banana for 1 egg in cakes
ENER-G Egg Replacer:
- 1 1/2 t + 2 T water for 1 egg
- Comes in pwdr form in an easily stored box.
- 10 cal. per serving.
